Ratish, with an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi, came far away from his hometown to Bangalore to pursue his dream of leading a successful life. From childhood, he had been told that getting the best education and getting a job with a good MNC was the way to be successful in life.
Little did he know that the rules of the game had changed and that no job guaranteed permanent long term engagement and returns.
Chandrika, with a degree in computers but with an interest in health and nutrition, joined Ratish as a life partner through a fateful turn of events.
When they got an opportunity to be a part of a growing venture on a shared time basis, they welcomed it with both arms. They could instantly see it as their chance to bridge the gap between remaining dependent on the job forever and owning a piece of the pie.
For the last 20+ years now, they have helped selected people run their own businesses from home enabling them to become less dependent on their jobs and more financially secure.
Ratish and Chandrika are eternally grateful for what all they have received.
Not only have they been financially free, stress-free and out of the rut of a 9 to 9 job (no more can we call jobs to be 9 to 5, can we?) for the last so many years, but also the engagement has offered them friends and admirers all over the world.
It has given small serendipities like the ability to travel in style and visit new countries every year for 20+ years now, live a loan free life, speak to and influence audiences all over the world and to add value to people from all genres of life – in short, to live a life of significance!
They feel their journey has just started and wish to do a lot more to be able to make a difference to many more lives, many more families. As they say – Its great now, but the best is yet to come…

To provide credible mentorship to selected individuals on developing a business owner mindset and related skills, so as to enable them to be financially independent and secure.
Our vision includes relieving people of the pressure of depending on one source of income; of women struggling to balance between professional and personal lives; of men not wanting to limit themselves to the scope of the office work. Instead, we wish to enable and empower them with skills, knowledge and methods to create other viable options so that in the course of developing the same, they turn themselves into leaders and micro-influencers who can pay forward what they have gained from us and our community.
The most important part of this guided business mentorship program is that it doesn’t require one to give up the main profession. Since it can be pursued in parallel, it allows one to enjoy the best of both worlds. Of course, if you want to let go of the main profession, there will be an appropriate time and it will come through proper mentorship.
